These terms govern only the public website, the contact form, the AI chat assistant (“Ask Milan”), the booking link, and the project estimator. They do not govern any paid engagement we enter with you — those are governed by a separate, signed services agreement.

Case studies are published with the relevant client’s permission; anonymized case studies remain the IP of the original client.
You may quote short excerpts of our blog posts with proper attribution and a link back. You may not republish, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
4. AI chat assistant (“Ask Milan”)
The AI chat is an informational tool that uses a third-party LLM. Its replies are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. For anything specific to your project, please email or book a call.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, credentials, or confidential business information into the chat.
5. Project estimator
The interactive estimator produces a rough, non-binding indication of cost and timeline based on the inputs you provide. It is not a quote. Real numbers come out of the discovery call and are confirmed in a written, signed proposal.
6. External links
The site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Cal.com, GitHub, certificate verifiers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those sites.
7. Warranties & liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
